Villa La Mari
A biophilic hideaway in the olive grove.
About Villa La Mari
Villa La Mari is the most intimate of the three retreats — a teak-clad pavilion nested inside an ancient olive grove, where the architecture all but disappears into the grasses. The volumes are smaller; the rooms quieter; the rhythm slower.
Designed for couples, small families, and writers in retreat, the villa centres on a long communal living room with a single very large window. A moss-edged Japanese-style soaking tub sits at the back of the garden, almost hidden among the ferns. The villa is a single level — easy, unhurried, made for a week of doing very little.
“Made for couples, small families, writers in retreat.”
